I. Find Your Account Number:
- Log into your web account.
- Obtain your Account number, User ID and Password/PIN (see the note below).
II. TradeAccountant Setup:
- Select the Accounts Screen.
- Select the Add button to display the dialog below.
- Name The Account: Enter any name.
- Financial Institution: "TD Ameritrade"
- Account Number: XXXXXXXXX
- Enable Sync Download: Select the checkbox.
- Account Username: User ID
- Password: Could be your web password (See the note below).
- Select OK to save the results.
(Note: To confirm your UserID see your Profile Page like below:
In TA, Password information is masked and retained in your local copy of TAPro
and only sent to the Clearing Firm's OFX server to authenticate requests
for data download.)
